The flat is located between the East Side Gallery and Ostbahnhof, with Mercedes Benz Arena at a 10 minutes walking distance; the Gallery and Spree are in view from its balcony. The kitchen and living room are in the same space, divided by a bar with stools.

- No street shoes beyond the entrance of the flat
- Smoking allowed only in the balcony
Things to know
During the weekend the music from a night club across the river (Sage Beach) can be heard if the windows of the flat are open.
