Welcome to my cozy and bright apartment in the lovely neighborhood of Prenzlauer Berg! If you're looking for a place that's conveniently located near everything you need - from transportation to coffee shops to the occasional emergency supply of Nutella - then you've come to the right place. There is a lot of plants and light to provide a cozy feeling while working. You also have a very relaxed flatmate, Liddie, a gecko. Likes to explore and watch while you are working. Doesn't need live bugs so no worries if you are squeamish.

The space
The area is renowned for its artistic and entrepreneurial spirit, making it a hub for freelancers, and startups. The streets are lined with cozy cafes and co-working spaces, providing endless options for when you need a break from the screen. In addition to its creative scene, Prenzlauer Berg offers a variety of recreational activities, including jogging or cycling in the nearby Mauerpark, browsing the weekly flea market, or simply enjoying a picnic with friends. I would recommend checking out the karaoke pit during the summer. The neighborhood also has excellent public transportation links, making it easy to explore other parts of Berlin.
House Rules
The neighborhood is very lively but the apartment building is quiet with several families. This means please be mindful of noise. Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. There is an elderly lady next door that does not speak English but is quite nice just greet with a few German phrases as she checks what is happening in the building.
Things to know
A few basic greetings in German go a long way. Lively neighborhood but a quiet building.
