Directly near the center of the city but far enough away for it not to be hectic. There is a park around the corner for you to enjoy.
House Rules
Not many; no smoking in the apartment, be considerate to neighbours regarding noise & music after midnight

That said, the apartment borders on part of the city well known for thieves so keep your wits about you
